You'll be immersed in the buzz of activity, orchestrating seamless integration between MEP, construction, and Rail interfaces.
As the successful MEP Commissioning Manager, you'll be a driving force, collaborating closely with the Senior Project Manager/Project Director to craft and execute M&E Building Services Commissioning strategies. Your role will be dynamic and hands-on, ensuring project milestones are met, budgets are adhered to, and quality is never compromised.

Key Accountabilities:
1. Oversee and co-ordinate the MEP commissioning processes, activities, programme, documentation and provide regular updates and attend commissioning meetings.
2. Progress the static systems into dynamic and integrated operational systems.
3. Commission ability review of design.
4. Project Commissioning Plan.
5. Integrated System Testing (IST) including black building tests.
Key Skillset Required:
6. Full project lifecycle experience from cradle to grave in the capacity of MEP Commissioning Manager across all MEP packages.
7. Prior experience in managing multiple Commissioning Engineers.
8. Strong ability in engaging with the sub-contractors at all stages from ITT to Final commissioning and Handover Fostering true partnerships.
9. Manage change control with sub-contractors.
10. Ensure that packages are delivered to programme, budget, safety and quality expectations/standards.
11. Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
12. Experience in Primavera P6, MS Excel, Asta Power Project, MS Project or similar
13. Experience in Project Wise / Trimble 4P Document Control.
14. Prior experience working on Rail related projects would be a distinct advantage.
