Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Washington
Salary: Up to and between £28,000 - £30,000 per annum + bonus scheme + life assurance + healthcare + car scheme + pension + holidays + industry leading discounts & more fantastic benefits
Shifts (days/backs): Dayshift - Monday to Thursday (6.00am - 2.30pm) Friday (6.00am - 1.30pm) and Backshift - Monday to Thursday (9.30am - 6.00pm) Friday (9.30am - 5.00pm). Every second Saturday required (8am - 12pm), paid at overtime rate
As Customer Service Representative (CSR) you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to customers, dealers, and partners. You will ensure timely resolution of inquiries related to trucks, parts, services, and warranties while maintaining Volvo’s strong reputation for reliability and customer satisfaction.

What you will do:
10. Act as the first point of contact via phone, email, or in person
11. Handle enquiries about trucks, servicing, parts, and warranties
12. Provide updates on vehicle repairs, costs, and completion times
13. Book vehicles for maintenance, MOT, and repairs
14. Liaise with technicians/workshops to ensure smooth workflow
15. Schedule and manage service appointments efficiently
16. Raise job cards, invoices, and cost estimates
17. Process orders for parts and services, including tracking and follow-ups
18. Record customer interactions using CRM systems
Who are you?
19. Strong customer service and communication skills
20. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
21. Good organisational and problem-solving abilities
22. Basic IT skills (CRM systems, Microsoft Office)
23. Experience in automotive, logistics, or dealership environments (preferred not essential)
