Assist in producing quality management information from spreadsheets Supporting the directorates to meet their Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) Managing shared inbox’s ensuring emails are directed to appropriate individuals Providing an efficient and friendly response to team members and others across the organisation, dealing with and prioritising requests for help and support Effectively communicate with colleagues internal and external to the directorate Supporting change projects in the form of testing new equipment, systems, and processes Maintaining a varied range of management systems and documents Providing ad-hoc general effective administration support Follow up queries from Licensee Interface Offices Send/receive/manage documents with the licensee/external stakeholders Collate information for responses to requests for decisions/actions, following up actions to ensure deadlines are met Monitor the recording of inspection findings Issue reports to Licenced Sites for comment, process responses accordingly Ensuring that data is fit for purpose (including completeness, accuracy, and integrity) Ensuring data is protected and security procedures are enforced Location / Travel: These posts are all based in our Bootle office ONR operates hybrid working (working in the office and or at home) as part of our flexible working policy There is an expectation that everyone will spend time in the office on a regular weekly basis, recognising that some work is better done face to face.
