* Prepare tenancy documentation and carry out tenancy sign‑up appointments in line with policies and procedures
* Maintain accurate records and update systems throughout the voids and lettings process
* Resolve customer queries promptly, liaising with operational teams, residents, local authorities, contractors and third‑party providers where required
* Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Provide support to other Lettings teams and New Build Lettings functions as required
* Ensure all systems are accurate and up to date, including recording all customer contact
More About You

* Background working in a customer‑focused environment, with experience in allocations and lettings services
* Experience working with New Build properties and managing competing priorities to meet deadlines
* Good understanding of government legislation relating to homelessness and lettings, including Choice Based Lettings
* Knowledge of the technical aspects of void maintenance
* Responsive and adaptable to change, with the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
