Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (or are an experienced unqualified teacher with SEN expertise)
* Have experience working with pupils with Autism, SEMH, or other additional needs
* Ablity to plan and teach well-structured lessons to assigned classes.
* Assess,monitor, record and report on the learning needs, progress and achievements of assigned pupils, making accurate and productive use of assessment
* Ability to dapt teaching to respond to the strengths and needs of pupils
* Ability to promote good progress and outcomes for pupils
* Demonstrate good subject and curriculum knowledge
* Participate in arrangements for preparing pupils for external tests, accreditation and exams
* Maintain an update to date know of national requirements and developments in teaching and curriculum Whole-school organisation, strategy and development
