Marston Holdings Limited are hiring for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team, based in our Rochdale office on a Hybrid contract. This is an office‑based role, on a 3‑Month Fixed‑Term basis.
Base pay range
Salary £26,000. Hybrid 1 day a week in our Rochdale office.
The Position & Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience in an accounts payable role, working in a similar environment. You will be a team player, confident communicator and will have a strong knowledge of Excel.
* Process client payments and payment uploads to the banking platform.
* Process self‑employed enforcement agent payments.
* Manage all intercompany balances recorded within the Accounts Payable ledger.
* Allocate all contra postings within the Accounts Payable ledger.
* Create payment journals for consolidated invoices and credit card charges to ensure that costs are recognised correctly across the business.
* Process high‑volume purchase order invoices via the D365 workflow, ensuring that all supplier invoices are paid as per our internal processes and procedures.
