Our client is a leading global consumer technology business who are looking for a Digital Commerce Trading Manager to drive the performance of its European direct-to-consumer online sales channels.
This role is central to understanding e-commerce performance, identifying growth opportunities, and partnering with local market teams to improve trading results across multiple countries and digital storefronts.
You will translate complex performance data into clear, actionable insights, support commercial decision-making, and play a key role in driving online revenue growth across a fast-moving, multi-market environment.
What We’re Looking For
* 5+ years’ experience in e-commerce trading, digital sales, or online commercial performance management, ideally in a multi-market or regional environment
* Strong experience working with and influencing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
* Excellent analytical ability with experience interpreting large and complex digital performance datasets
* Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics including traffic, conversion rates, funnel performance, acquisition cost, and product-level sales
* Ability to translate data into clear insights, actions, and commercial recommendations
* Confident communicator with strong written and verbal presentation skills
