Word Forest has been awarded a significant outdoor advertising campaign, featuring static and video billboard placements across the UK. We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer for this one‑off project to develop compelling billboard adverts.

What are we looking for?
Essential
* Proven experience in graphic design
* Strong understanding of large‑format and outdoor advertising design principles
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar
* Ability to create bold, clear designs that communicate instantly at scale
* Strong layout, typography, and visual storytelling skills
Desirable
* Experience designing billboard or out-of-home (OOH) campaigns
* Experience creating short digital animations for display screens
* Interest in or passion for environmental causes
What will you be doing?
This is a rare and exciting opportunity to amplify our message at scale and we are seeking a talented volunteer graphic/animator/motion designer to help us make the most of it. A high‑visibility, meaningful impact project, your designs will be displayed nationally across static billboards and digital outdoor screens, helping us reach millions of people with a powerful environmental message.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop creative concepts for up to three billboard adverts (digital static and video formats)
* Design high‑impact visuals tailored for large‑format outdoor advertising
* Prepare artwork in required specifications for digital outdoor display
* Collaborate with our team to align visuals with campaign messaging and brand guidelines
* Ensure creative consistency across the campaign
This is a flexible, remote volunteer role for two months, with approximately 10-20 hours per month. Start as soon as possible, with a delivery date of May 8th.
