Job Description
3. Process. raise and manage accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
4. Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments and address overdue balances.
5. Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
6. Generate and send invoices to clients in accordance with company policies.
7. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
8. Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes as required.
9. Respond to customer queries and provide exceptional support related to billing.
10. Collaborate with the accounting & finance team to improve processes and workflows.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Receivable Clerk should have:
11. Previous experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
12. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
13. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
14. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
15. Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
16. Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
