The Role
As an Oracle Cloud EPM Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud solutions. You will enable enterprise-wide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting capabilities, supporting improved decision‑making and finance transformation initiatives across the organisation.
Your responsibilities
* Lead the design and architecture of Oracle Cloud EPM solutions, including Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting.
* Provide functional and technical expertise across EPM implementations, including ePBCS.
* Drive end‑to‑end EPM solution delivery within global transformation programmes.
* Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
* Develop and validate solutions through proof‑of‑concept initiatives.
* Ensure alignment of EPM workstreams with overall project objectives and timelines.
* Monitor delivery progress and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
* Support the design and integration of modules such as Account Reconciliation, Tax, and Narrative Reporting.
* Ensure solution quality, scalability, and alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
* Foster collaboration across teams to drive successful project outcomes.
Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
* Strong experience with Oracle Cloud EPM, particularly Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting (ePBCS).
* Deep understanding of end‑to‑end EPM solution architecture and process flows.
* Proven experience delivering EPM implementations and finance transformation programmes.
* Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion EPM capabilities and modules.
* Experience designing and validating solutions using proof‑of‑concept approaches.
* Ability to work across cross‑functional teams and manage complex stakeholder environments.
* Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and solution design capabilities.
* Experience managing EPM workstreams and ensuring delivery against milestones.
* Knowledge of additional EPM modules such as Account Reconciliation, Tax, and Narrative Reporting.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Oracle Fusion EPM certifications.
* Experience working on large‑scale global transformation programmes.
* Exposure to multi‑module EPM implementations.
* Ability to innovate and provide creative solutions to complex business challenges.
* Experience working within agile or fast‑paced delivery environments.
