Contracts Manager - FM Service Provider - Central London - up to £65,000 Are you a Contracts Manager looking for a new challenge? Would you like to work for a leading Facilities Maintenance provider? An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider looking after a contract within the City of London. GH Engage are currently recruiting a Contracts Manager to work on a Static site in the City of London. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial maintenance. This position would be ideal for a Contracts Manager or Account Manager currently in a similar position who is keen on training and a new opportunity. The successful candidate will have experience within Contract Management looking after the full P&L and a medium sized team across a portfolio. In return the company are offering a salary up to £65,000, Private Health care and training & development. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Looking after the full financial and delivery responsibility of the Contract with a P&L & Extra works value of up to £1.5million. Ensuring all records, data and systems are kept up to date and in accordance with standards, policies and procedures. Maximise opportunities for additional revenue and margin Responsible for the contract management of the staff, operation and maintenance of all electrical and mechanical plants/services, project works and Building performance. To identify, reduce and manage all statutory and commercial risk associated with works. Responsible for accurately reviewing the WIP, providing accurate MI analysis/commentary and sales forecasts Review contracts annually and update with any service amendments and analyse margin to decide whether to upliftRequired Skills: Experience with looking after a £1.5 million P&L 5 Years previous experience within a similar position Experience with looking after Commercial sites Technical Background - preferably with Mechanical/HVAC background.
