More about your role
In this role you will be managing the contractors who carry out repairs and maintenance for our customers. Essentially, you'll be the link between the business and contractors, ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and within budget. You'll make sure they deliver quality work on time and at the right cost.
Key things you'll do:
Oversee contractor performance and ensure compliance with contracts.
Check and validate costs, manage budgets, and handle final accounts.
Use data and reports to monitor trends and make improvements.
Work closely with contractors and internal teams to solve problems and keep projects on track.
Essential Criteria
Strong knowledge of SOR (Schedule of Rates) and NHF frameworks.
Experience in responsive repairs, voids, and planned maintenance.
Skilled in cost validation, valuation, and final accounts.
Experience with financial reporting and BI dashboards.
Ability to interpret contractor data (costs, performance, trends).

Building strong relationships comes naturally to you, whether it's with contractors or internal teams and you know how to communicate clearly to keep projects on track.
