About Us
Located in a charming period property with a stunning outdoor garden, our nursery features an on-site forest school and an outside classroom. We provide a warm and friendly environment for children from birth to 5 years, offering quality childcare that encourages learning through a mix of adult-led and child-initiated activities.
Your Responsibilities
As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will:
* Deliver engaging learning experiences and planned activities for your key group, ensuring outstanding opportunities for the children.
* Collaborate with your team to prioritize the safety and wellbeing of all children.
* Partner with parents to meet the developmental outcomes for each child.
* Assess and report on children's progress to support their continued growth.
* Bring passion and inspiration to your role, actively engaging in your own professional development.
* Foster a fun, caring, and friendly atmosphere.
* Promote a high-quality learning environment.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should have:
* A genuine passion and commitment to working in childcare.
* The ability to work shifts between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM, with flexibility for 25 - 40 hours per week.
* A commitment to continual professional development.
* Sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
* A relevant qualification such as NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Dip in Childcare, NVQ Level 3, or EY Educator.
