Global Life Science Hub is a specialist US and European focused headhunting firm within Biopharmaceutical Operations, covering Technical Operations such as Manufacturing, Quality & Regulatory, and Business Development. We’re now looking for a Recruitment Consultant to help support on over 50+ live vacancies with our trusted exclusive network of biopharmaceutical clients.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to meet the hiring needs of biopharmaceutical clients.
* Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit within client organisations.
* Stay up to date with market trends, salary benchmarks, and industry developments to provide consultative advice to clients and candidates.
* Prepare candidates for interviews, offering detailed feedback and guidance throughout the hiring process.
* Build and manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring strong, long-term relationships and repeat business.
* Collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment strategies with business development goals and new sector expansion.
* Proactively identify and attract top talent through networking, headhunting, and advanced recruitment tools.
