1. Joining Bonus: £750 Paid to hire drivers & £300 Paid to Van Owners. *
2. Competitive Pay:Earn from £175/£190 per day + VAT (if registered), with opportunities to increase.
3. Temporary incentive:£7 per route (over 4.5 h) on weeks 40 to 44, paid on top of the route rate.
4. Seasonal Bonus:Extra £10 (for routes up to 4.5 h) / £21 (for routes over 4.5 h) on top of your route rate from weeks 45 to 52.
