Outreach Learning Support Assistant We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Outreach Learning Support Assistant to join a dynamic team in Chelmsford to help transform the lives of students who require tailored, off-site educational support. About the role: As an Outreach Learning Support Assistant, you will work directly with students who are unable to attend mainstream education due to a range of needs including social, emotional, mental health (SEMH) challenges, special educational needs (SEN), or other barriers to learning. Your role will involve delivering bespoke one-to-one or small group interventions in homes, community centres, or other agreed outreach locations. Key Responsibilities: Support students with their learning, helping them access curriculum content at an appropriate level. Build positive, trusting relationships to encourage engagement and confidence. Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and external agencies to tailor support plans. Maintain accurate records of progress, attendance, and behaviour.
