Social Media & Influencer Manager (Organic)
Location: Manchester / Sowerby Bridge (Hybrid – 2 days in office, 3 days from home)**
Salary: £32,000 – £35,000 + bonus

The Role
We are looking for a Social Media & Influencer Manager to take ownership of client accounts from day one. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for planning, executing and reporting on social media activity, while building strong client relationships and managing influencer campaigns.
You will be working across a range of accounts including healthcare, travel and hospitality brands, giving you exposure to varied audiences and content styles.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage multiple client accounts
* Create and deliver content calendars aligned to strategy
* Produce monthly reports and performance insights
* Speak directly with clients, managing expectations and keeping them satisfied
* Lead influencer activity across accounts, including:
* Sourcing relevant creators
* Outreach and negotiation
* Managing relationships and deliverables
* Tracking performance and ROI
* Stay on top of trends and apply them to client content
* Work closely with internal team members on content and delivery
Requirements
* Proven experience managing social media accounts for clients
* Strong experience creating content calendars and reports
* Confident communicating with clients and handling relationships
* Proven experience sourcing and managing influencers/creators
* Experience working across sectors such as healthcare, travel or hospitality is a bonus
* Up to date with social media trends and platforms
* Organised and able to manage multiple projects at once
Working Pattern
* Office days: Tuesday and Thursday in Sowerby Bridge
* Work from home: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Package
* £32,000 – £35,000 salary
* Monthly commission bonus based on client satisfaction
