Key Responsibilities
Provide emotional and practical support to service users, enabling them to live independently and participate in their local community

Assist service users with daily tasks, such as budgeting, shopping, and household management

Required Skills & Experience
Experience of working in a support or care environment, preferably in a housing support setting
Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users and colleagues
Basic IT skills, with the ability to use electronic care records and other digital systems
A patient, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality support
