Contribute to thought leadership and business development initiatives. About you: Qualified lawyer/solicitor with 3PQE in commercial and technology law. Proven experience in IT outsourcing, SaaS/cloud, licensing, or infrastructure agreements. Strong commercial judgement with the ability to lead complex deals.
