The Role
You will join an experienced Corporate team handling a broad range of matters including M&A, restructures and reorganisations, shareholder agreements, management buyouts and private equity transactions.
The role offers high-quality work, direct client exposure and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the continued growth of the department. You will be working directly alongside a market leading partner with a broad and varied client base, including tech, media and entertainment.
