Locations: Lancaster, Carlisle, and Aspatria
Rate of Pay: £15 per hour + mileage
We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable female Regional Support Worker who is enthusiastic about making a genuine difference in peoples lives while working across a range of services and environments.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, travelling between locations, and working with different individuals, while consistently delivering high-quality, person-centred support.
As a Regional Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support across multiple locations, including Lancaster, Carlisle, and Aspatria.You will work alongside a variety of teams to support both adults and children with complex clinical and support needs.
The role offers a great balance of flexibility and variety, combined with the security of a contracted position and a consistent rota.
Your Responsibilities
Delivering person-centred care across a range of services
Supporting individuals in supported living and community settings
Assisting with personal care, communication, medication, and daily living
Supporting community access and social engagement
Adapting confidently to new environments, routines, and teams
Maintaining accurate records and safe, consistent standards of care
Experience & Skills of a Regional Support Worker
Hold a full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle (essential)
Demonstrated experience in working with tracheostomies, PEG feeding, and ventilators.
Strong background supporting individuals with complex clinical needs.
Proven experience within social care, with the confidence to adapt to a wide range of situations.
Willingness and confidence to travel between different services.
Calm, flexible approach with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new routines.
Reliable and adaptable, with a strong work ethic
Availability to work a rota that includes evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
