About The Role
Manage and arrange the training of learners in the Canterbury area passionate about the Agriculture sector while supporting their progress and assessing their learning.
In this role you would:
6. Be a people-focused person with a passion for building strong working connections in the agriculture sector.
7. Visit businesses and proactively markets Primary ITO to prospective employers and learners
8. Work alongside learners and employers to identify training needs and assist with developing training plans to assist their progression in the industry.
9. Conduct learner visits to support and meet their skill development
This fixed-term, full-time role (40 hours per week Monday to Friday) for 12 months to cover parental leave and with a flexible based within the wider Canterbury region for the right candidate. This role would also require regional travel when appropriate, in which a company vehicle with paid petrol will be provided.
Skills & Experience
10. Knowledge/experience in the Agriculture sector. Equivalent qualifications desired but not required.
11. Sales training and/or customer focused experience
12. Previous experience in workplace assessments
13. Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
14. Excellent time management, planning, and organisation skills
15. Excellent communication, both written and verbally, and relationship building skills
Understanding of education or on-the-job training would be beneficial.
