I am hiring for Database Administrator (DBA) – Oracle / SQL Server / MySQL / PostgreSQL - SC Cleared Location: Barrow-in-Furness, Cumbria, UK (Full Onsite) We are looking for an experienced Database Administrator (DBA) to join a high-profile project supporting secure and mission-critical environments. Responsibilities: • Manage and support Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, and PostgreSQL database environments • Perform BAU support, database maintenance, troubleshooting, and project delivery activities • Work closely with internal/external project managers on database-related tasks • Ensure database performance, stability, and operational efficiency • Support documentation, reporting, and customer-facing technical activities • Collaborate within a secure, production-critical environment Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of Database Administration experience • Active SC Clearance is mandatory • Sole UK Nationals only • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work independently and within a team • Oracle or Microsoft certifications preferred Key Skills: Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Database Administration, SC Clearance, Oracle DBA, Microsoft SQL Server, Production Support, Performance Tuning
