The Role – Family Law Solicitor (High-Net-Worth)An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a capable and commercially astute solicitor to join this progressive and well-regarded Family Law department. You will have proven experience advising high-net-worth individuals on a wide range of complex family matters, including:
* Divorce and separation, including those involving substantial assets and international elements
* Financial remedy proceedings, asset protection, and post-divorce financial settlements
* Private children law matters, including relocation, contact, and parental responsibility
* Pre-nuptial, post-nuptial, and cohabitation agreements
* Disputes involving trusts, businesses, and property portfolios
You will also work closely with Marketing and Business Development teams to further enhance the department’s profile and build enduring client relationships rooted in trust and expertise.Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver a first-class, discreet, and highly responsive service to high-net-worth clients
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referrers, and intermediaries
* Contribute to the strategic development and expansion of the Family department
* Achieve agreed fee targets while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism
* Remain fully up to date with legal developments and evolving client needs
* Ensure effective financial management, including billing and cash flow control
* Adhere to the firm’s quality, compliance, and risk management protocols
