What You’ll Need
* Active NMC registration as RGN

* Sound knowledge of safeguarding, medication management, and care planning
* Familiarity with electronic care planning systems
What You’ll Do
* Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care during day shifts
* Complete clinical assessments and update care plans as required
* Administer medication and treatments in line with protocols
* Monitor residents’ condition and respond to changes
* Maintain accurate clinical records and handovers
* Work collaboratively with care staff and on-call management
