Responsibilities
* Assist with enabling people to maintain their independence at home and support people after they have left hospital.
* Provide high standards of patient care in support of a multidisciplinary team.
* Be flexible and use own initiative to meet the needs of the local community.
Qualifications
* Driving licence essential; applicants should have access to their own vehicle for work purposes.
* Experience not required, but beneficial. Full training will be provided, and the applicant will have the opportunity to complete an SVQ in Health & Social Care.
Working hours and contract
Fixed Term part‑time post to May 2026. 13.81 hours working 7.00 am to 11.00 am, 4 days on, 4 days off or in line with service requirements.

This role does not meet eligibility criteria for a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS); NHS Highland is unable to provide candidates with a CoS.
