With a strong commitment to employee development and a focus on creating an inspiring workplace, this is where your HR journey can thrive!</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Handling day‑to‑day HR queries and providing professional support.</li><li>Offering accurate advice on HR policies, including disciplinary and grievance issues.</li><li>Analysing employee statistics such as absence and turnover to drive improvements.</li><li>Maintaining up‑to‑date HR data using our HRIS (Employment Hero).</li><li>Leading recruitment processes from start to finish.</li><li>Championing mental health initiatives and promoting equal opportunities.</li><li>Conducting internal audits and revising job descriptions as needed.</li></ul><h3>What We’re Looking For</h3><ul><li>2‑3 years of generalist HR experience is essential.</li><li>CPP or CIPD qualification is desirable.</li><li>Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment law and employee relations.</li><li>Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook is a must.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.</li><li>Experience with Employment Hero is highly favourable.</li></ul><p>In this role, you will have the opportunity to grow, learn, and make a significant impact on our client’s HR practices.
