Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document financial and business requirements. Analyze financial data, trends, and forecasts to support budgeting and planning processes. Develop financial models and dashboards to support decision-making. Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation initiatives. Work with IT and data teams to ensure accurate data integration and reporting. Support compliance and audit requirements by maintaining proper documentation and controls.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
* Strong experience in financial analysis and business analysis roles.
* Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare domain.
* Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial modelling tools.
* Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data visualization platforms.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
* Hands on with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
