Job Description
3. Prepare and present accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports.
4. Analyse financial data to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
5. Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
6. Monitor and control costs to improve profitability and efficiency.
7. Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and recommendations.
8. Oversee the preparation of VAT returns and ensure compliance with regulations.
9. Support year-end auditing processes and liaise with external auditors as required.
10. Continuously review and improve financial systems and processes.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Management Accountant should have:
11. Professional accounting qualifications or equivalent educational background.
12. Proven experience in management accounting within a similar industry.
13. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
14. Proficiency in accounting software and advanced knowledge of Excel.
15. Understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
