We’re looking for an exceptional Business and Practice Manager to lead and grow our dental clinics in Leeds and Harrogate.
This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who understands how a dental business really works. You’ll combine strong leadership with commercial insight, helping us run smarter, grow sustainably, and deliver outstanding care.

The Role
As Business and Practice Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the operational and commercial performance of both clinics. You’ll work closely with the directors and clinical teams to ensure the business runs efficiently, profitably, and with clear direction.
This role suits someone who can move comfortably between people, numbers, and strategy.
