Your daily role as a Receptionist/Patient Advisor will involve making our patients feel valued from the moment they enter our clinics. You'll be the first point of contact for many patients, so building relationships and ensuring regular communication prior to and following treatment is crucial.
You'll assist in patient consultations, scan patients' eyes using state-of-the-art equipment, and accurately maintain patient records. If you have a passion for providing world-class customer service, strong organisational skills, and excellent communication skills, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
* Building relationships with patients and ensuring regular communication prior to and following their treatment
* Assisting in patient consultations
* Scanning patients' eyes using state-of-the-art equipment as part of a full health check
* Accurately maintaining patient records
* Discussing finance options with patients
* Scheduling treatment dates
* Introducing patients to their optometrist
