Requirements
To be considered for the role of Teacher PMLD you will:
7. The ability to adapt teaching methods to suit pupils with all abilities, whilst building a strong rapport with students.
8. Strong communication skills and ability to work within a larger team.
9. ECTs are welcomed if the right fit
10. Experience working with an SEN secondary or primary classroom or nursery setting (within the last 5 years) that we can obtain references for
