Overview
To recruit clients onto the Family Nurse Partnership (FNP) and complete regular home visits to deliver this early intervention parenting programme with young, often hard-to-reach clients.
To complete the Healthy Child Programme key contacts for review and assessment of their child's development.
To collect data with the client's consent and enter it into the FNP TURAS database which is used to analyze the delivery of the FNP programme and its measurable impact.

Programme Context
Bromley Healthcare is proud that within our 0-19 public health nursing service we deliver The Family Nurse Partnership Programme, a national evidence-based intensive early intervention programme to support young first-time parents under the age of 24 years living in the borough.
The aim of the programme is to improve antenatal maternal and infant health, support early child development and sensitive caregiving, and support young mothers to work towards their own goals and develop economic self-sufficiency.
Candidate Profile
We are seeking an enthusiastic nurse practitioner to join our small team of experienced family nurses to deliver this programme. Post holders will be required to develop high-level specialist skills to work within the clinical methods of the structured programme. Compensation is contingent upon NHS experience and current banding/pay point.
