Personal Assistant required to support a 35 year old female with learning disabilities who lives in the Crook area.10 hours every fortnight on a weekend, Saturdays preferably.£12 per hour.Support is required to access the community, social activities on a weekend – shopping, bowling, going to cafes etc.Driving licence and access to a car required.Enhanced DBS will be required, employer will cover the cost.
