Role & Responsibilities
1. Produce accurate, detailed cost estimates and quotations for commercial and education interior projects
2. Manage projects from initial survey through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to specification
3. Undertake site visits, surveys and attend client meetings both in person and virtually
4. Liaise closely with design and sales teams to develop project scope and pricing
5. Prepare works schedules and programmes for subcontractor pricing and coordination
6. Manage subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle
7. Support production and CAD teams where required (CAD experience advantageous)
