Job Description
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including advertising roles and shortlisting candidates.
* Coordinate interviews and communicate effectively with hiring managers throughout the process.
* Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and industry standards.

* Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate progression.
* Provide timely updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Recruitment Administrator should have:
* Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within the transport & distribution industry.
