Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Portsmouth and Chichester for a Portsmouth Territory Short Let Manager. The role involves overseeing the management of short and mid-term rental properties in the Portsmouth area, building relationships with property owners, and ensuring high-quality customer service. Daily responsibilities include managing client accounts, coordinating cleaning and maintenance schedules, handling guest communications, and optimizing property listings on major letting platforms. As a key point of contact for property owners and guests, the role also includes business development and implementing strategies to grow the territory\'s portfolio.

* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to manage client and guest relationships effectively.
