Key Responsibilities:
Providing expert care for plants, including precise watering, pest and disease
management, and appropriate pruning.
Maintaining garden borders through weeding, mulching, edging, and seasonal
planting.
Caring for fine lawns and hard landscaped areas to the highest standard.
Safely and efficiently operating a range of hand tools and garden machinery.
Implementing improvements to enhance the overall health and aesthetic of
gardens.
Delivering exceptional customer service and building strong client
relationships.
Requirements:
Proven experience in gardening, landscaping, or grounds maintenance.
Foundational knowledge of plant species and their specific cultivation needs.
A proactive willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.
The physical capability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a close-knit
team.
A full, valid UK driving licence is essential.
