About the Role
Yi Hui Tea is seeking a responsible and dedicated Store Manager to oversee daily operations of our upcoming store in Singapore. We hope you enjoy beverage preparation, are detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage inventory, including stock in/out and supplier orders
* Record and analyze daily sales, ensuring accuracy of reports
* Oversee daily store operations, such as staff scheduling and cleanliness
* Ensure smooth opening and closing procedures
* Train and supervise staff to maintain service quality and consistency
* Participate in beverage preparation to uphold product standards
Requirements
* Prior experience in F&B or retail management preferred
* Basic knowledge of beverage preparation (tea, coffee, etc.)
* Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
* Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently
* Positive attitude and strong teamwork spirit
