We’re looking for a visionary Conceptual Designer to join our team and bring fresh, big-picture thinking to our projects.
Role Description
As a Conceptual Designer, you will be responsible for generating innovative ideas, visual concepts, and creative strategies that align with client objectives and brand narratives. You will work closely with the Chief Creative Officer to develop compelling concepts that resonate with audiences across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and present creative concepts for branding, campaigns, and digital experiences.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including designers, writers, strategists, and developers, to bring ideas to life.
* Translate client goals and marketing strategies into innovative design solutions.
* Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends, ensuring fresh and original creative output.
* Create mood boards, layouts, and visual prototypes to communicate ideas effectively.
* Work on multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high creative standards.
* Provide input and direction to designers and other creatives throughout the execution phase.
Essential skills & experience
* Proven expertise in developing and executing conceptual print and digital campaigns, branding, and video storyboards.
* A strong portfolio showcasing original concepts and creative problem-solving.
* Strong knowledge of Adobe software, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD, and Figma.
* Strong storytelling abilities and an understanding of visual communication principles.
* Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
* Ability to think strategically and translate insights into creative solutions.
* Experience working in an agency environment is a plus.
