Graduate Town Planner
Location: Manchester
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience) + benefits

Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be working with a well-established planning consultancy in Manchester who are looking to expand their talented team with the addition of a Graduate Town Planner.
The Role:
This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team where you'll gain exposure to a wide range of projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors. You'll work alongside experienced planning professionals, developing your technical knowledge and progressing towards full MRTPI chartership.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Supporting the preparation and submission of planning applications and appeals
Undertaking research and planning policy analysis
Assisting with site appraisals and client reports
Engaging with local authorities and other stakeholders
Working collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team
Requirements:
RTPI Accredited Degree
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A keen interest in pursuing MRTPI accreditation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
A proactive approach and enthusiasm for learning
