Overview
Cambridge Cobras Women are seeking a passionate and dedicated Goalkeeper coach for our talented new team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in coaching, with the ability to inspire and develop players. We have a very talented young goalkeeper who we want to develop and are seeking someone to support us with this. On top of this, there would the be a chance to support the coaching of the whole team if this is something you would be interested in.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement training programmes tailored to the needs of our goalkeeper
* Conduct a training session once a week and attend matches on a Sunday.
* Monitor our goalkeeper's progress, providing constructive criticism and encouragement to help them achieve their goals.
* Foster a supportive team atmosphere that promotes sportsmanship, respect, and collaboration among players and coaches.
* Communicate effectively with all players, coaches and stakeholders regarding training schedules, performance updates, and any concerns.
* Stay updated on the latest coaching techniques to enhance training methods.
Skills
* Proven experience of goalkeeper coaching
* Excellent teaching skills with the ability to convey complex concepts in an understandable manner.
* Strong leadership qualities that inspire confidence and motivate players to perform at their best.
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with players and coaches
* Ability to assess individual strengths and weaknesses to tailor coaching strategies accordingly.

Pay: £15.00-£20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1 – 3 per week
Experience:
* goalkeeper coaching: 1 year (preferred)
