Are you an experienced IT professional with strong MSP background and a passion for delivering high-impact infrastructure projects?
We're hiring for an Infrastructure Project Engineer to join a growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) supporting over 75 diverse clients across the Thames Valley. This is a hands-on, project-focused role where you’ll lead on installations, migrations, upgrades, and more—from scoping to final delivery.
🔧 What you’ll be working on:
* End-to-end infrastructure projects (cloud migrations, server builds, network upgrades)
* Microsoft 365 implementations (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams Voice, Intune)
* Azure environments (especially Virtual Desktops)
* Network design & config (Firewalls, VLANs, Switches – Unifi experience a bonus)
* Hyper-V and virtualisation platforms
* Cybersecurity and compliance-driven projects
* Internal tooling and service improvement initiatives (AI, automation, RMM)
✅ We’re looking for:
* 2+ years’ MSP project experience (must-have)
* Ability to scope and quote projects
* Strong understanding of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure & networking
* Comfortable mentoring others and acting as a senior escalation point
* Experience with tools like ConnectWise PSA & NinjaRMM preferred
