As a Purchasing and Planning Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
Raising and processing purchase orders
Liaising with suppliers to confirm pricing and delivery dates
Updating internal systems with order statuses
Supporting the planning team with admin tasks such as scheduling and transport booking
Communicating with internal teams to ensure smooth material flow
As a Purchasing and Planning Assistant, your experience will include:
Some exposure to purchasing, supply chain or admin (e.g. raising POs, working with suppliers, or stock control)
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Office programs
Strong communication and organisational skills
A proactive and positive approach to learning
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
