We are currently seeking a dedicated and energetic Assistant
Bar Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Assistant Bar Manager, you will
play a crucial role in supporting the bar team, ensuring the smooth flow of
operations, and contributing to the overall excellence of our drinking
experience. If you have a passion for mixology, a strong work ethic, and are

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management and supervision of daily bar
operations.
- Collaborate with the Bar Manager to develop and execute
creative and high-quality drink menus.
- Oversee the training and development of bar staff,
ensuring exceptional service standards.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain a
well-stocked bar.
- Create and maintain a positive and energetic atmosphere
for both guests and staff.
- Support bartenders during service, anticipating their
needs and contributing to a seamless workflow.
- Collaborate with other staff members to maintain an
efficient and harmonious working environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a senior bar staff or assistant
manager role is essential.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, beverages, and industry
trends.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle
multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with inventory management and ordering
processes.
