Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the management and supervision of daily bar operations.
* Collaborate with the Bar Manager to develop and execute creative and high‑quality drink menus.
* Oversee the training and development of bar staff, ensuring exceptional service standards.
* Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain a well‑stocked bar.
* Create and maintain a positive and energetic atmosphere for both guests and staff.
* Support bartenders during service, anticipating their needs and contributing to a seamless workflow.

Requirements
* Previous experience in a senior bar staff or assistant manager role is essential.
