Responsibilities
* Lead an award-winning, multi-cultural academy as part of the Academy Senior Leadership Team.
* Shape the direction of the educational provision and embed the values, pledges, and character across the school.
* Raise standards in teaching and learning; engage in strategic planning and financial management.
* Oversee staff recruitment and development and contribute to building a positive school culture where all members can thrive.
* Collaborate with staff, students, and families to support a safe, ambitious, and inclusive school community.
Qualifications and Experience
* Significant expertise from a relevant education setting with a proven track record in leadership roles.
* Experience of raising standards in teaching and learning, strategic planning, financial management, and staff recruitment and development.
* Ability to build and sustain a school culture that supports high expectations and student achievement.
