As a Lead Electrician, you will be working on void properties:
* Doing EICRs
* Maintenance
* Rewires
* Remedials
* Working on kitchen and bathrooms
* Supervising other electricians and their work.
* New build work.
As a Lead Electrician, you will need:
* Qualifications: NVQ level 3, 18th edition, 2391, AM2 (JIB gold card)
* Experience: Experience in social housing and management/supervision
* Equipment: Own van and tools
