Join Entain as a Retail Customer Service Manager in our Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops, where no two days are the same. Reporting to the Shop Manager, you will be part of the Shop team, serving customers and fostering repeat business.
Salary: £12.70 per hour
What you will do
* Deliver outstanding customer service and promote safer gambling.
* Take bets on various sports and events.
* Process transactions, including cash handling.
* Demonstrate products and betting terminals to customers.
* Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.
* Work towards targets and maintain shop standards.
* Open or close the shop as needed, with responsibilities as a key holder.
Working patterns
Shops operate from Monday to Sunday, 8am - 10pm, including weekends and holidays. Your weekly rota will typically be 10 hours, comprising long opening/closing shifts and shorter evening shifts, varying weekly. Rota schedules are provided at least four weeks in advance to support work-life balance.

* Must be 18 or over.
* Passion for customer service and building relationships.
* Effective communication skills.
* Self-motivated and proactive.
* Ability to work independently and in a team.
* Calm and professional in challenging situations.
