We are recruiting for a Care Support Worker.

Here's what you need to know about this job role:
* Providing personal care (bathing/showering, dressing and undressing etc.)
* Daily and nightly checks
* Promoting Person Centred Care, whilst respecting your residents with dignity
* Promoting independence and support to residents
* Assist with meals and activities
* Encourage residents to be a part of the home's community
* Recording of resident's daily logbooks and food/fluid intake
* Supporting the home with laundry, light cleaning, and other domestic tasks

Requirements:
* Enhanced DBS
* Previous experience (In UK)
* Epilepsy Trained (Preferred)
* PEG Trained (Preferred)
* Compassionate and caring nature
* Able to use initiative
* Great communication skills
