This involves showcasing outstanding customer service, fostering clear communication, and achieving operational excellence through strategic planning, prioritisation, effective problem-solving, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Manage the International Customer Supply Planner team and enhance collaboration. Oversee the order management process to meet key performance indicators (KPIs). Coordinate order dispatch with Warehouse and Distribution to optimise cost-effective outbound capacity while ensuring customer service KPIs are met. Identify and lead continuous improvement opportunities. Work with Demand Planning, Production Planning, and Account teams to address short-term forecast variances. Implement customer service improvements tailored to market needs. Develop reporting to aid KPI delivery and enhancements. Represent International Supply in relevant business meetings. Work with Transport Manager and Freight Forwarder for timely border control documentation. RequirementsNon-negotiables Ability to influence and manage multi stakeholders in commercially sensitive situations. Ability to balance the dynamics of volume, sales, profit and cost requirements Strong working knowledge of export shipping and FMCG supply chains Numerate and analytical with a high level of accuracy – Excellent excel skills Self-motivated, organised, fast paced, can-do attitude who takes the lead Alignment to Weetabix values Are always curious to finding new ways to do business!
